Abstract
The "Miracle Tree," Moringa oleifera, is a nutrient-dense plant with many health advantages. It has strong anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, anti-cancer, and antioxidant qualities. It is also rich in vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds. This review examines its nutritional worth, therapeutic applications, and industrial uses, such as food fortification and water purification. With potential for wider application in international health and business, moringa is an essential tool in the fight against malnutrition and the advancement of sustainable agriculture. More research is required to maximize its cultivation and increase its advantages.
