Abstract

In the pursuit of identifying the most effective approach for housing project delivery, a meticulously crafted model leveraging the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been developed. This model serves as a crucial tool for systematically evaluating and ranking various housing delivery methods based on critical variables pivotal to the selection process. Recognizing the pivotal role in determining overall project success, project owners are keen to adopt an approach aligning seamlessly with their unique project requirements. The urgency in method selection is underscored by factors like cost, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Addressing this need, this paper introduces an approachable model empowering project owners to make informed decisions by incorporating all relevant considerations. Underpinned by the intuitive AHP methodology, the model ensures accessibility for a broad spectrum of stakeholders. By providing a structured framework that systematically weighs diverse variables, the model enhances decision-making and contributes to project success. The integration of AHP adds sophistication to decision-making, ensuring the selected delivery method aligns with project priorities, offering a comprehensive solution to a complex challenge.
