Abstract

Using the method of differential thermometry of biologically active points assessed the effectiveness of the treatment in 2 groups of patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke. The first group of patients received a standard set of allopathic medicines for the treatment of cerebral infarction. Patients of the second group together with standard pharmacotherapy took homeopathic medicine arnica C6 per os. The results of the study confirmed objective and subjective data at the beginning and at the end of the course of rehabilitation treatment. Was also conducted correlation analysis revealed a correlation between the indicators of temperature difference and indicators of recovery of neurological deficit, psycho-emotional status and quality of life of patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke, as well as comparative analysis of changes in the temperature difference in the two groups studied in different periods of observation.
